During times of change it is normal to have feelings of anxiety, stress, or depression. Many of us are feeling overwhelmed with the daily changes to our routines.
With so many things out of our control, it is important to focus on things that are in our control. You can control the how much time you spend on screens, how and when you connect with people by phone, text, or video chat, how you react and respond to situations, other people, and your own needs.
