If we learned anything in 2020 it was how to be flexible!  We are continuing with the Chestermere Wellness Challenge in March. 
Join us for the 30 Day Challenge this Spring!

What to Expect

  • A 30 Day Wellness Challenge designed to foster personal wellness development 

  • Collect points each week for completing wellness activities based on The Big 5!

  • Weekly workshops from local Wellness Professionals

Details

  • Challenge Orientation Session for registered Teams will take place before the Challenge begins in March

  • The challenge will take place from      March 1st to 30, 2021

  • Participate as a team of four to earn the most points collectively

  • Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams with the most points!

Looking for a fun, easy way to focus on your wellness in 2021.  Join the Chestermere Wellness Challenge.  It is easy to get involved!

  • Open to folks of all ages - kids, adults, seniors

  • Create a team of 4 with family, friends, coworkers, teammates, etc.

  • Choose a fun Team Name and pick a Team Captain!

  • Register yourself as part of your team - registration form below

  • Team Captains will ensure points are posted, encourage teams and be the main point of contact

  • Complete easy tasks that focus on your wellness and collect points

  • Tally your points weekly and collectively as a Team

  • Top three teams will win prizes!

Chestermere and Area Mental Health Coalition

The Chestermere Wellness Challenge is brought to you by the Chestermere and Area Mental Health Coalition.  The Coalition is a multi-sectoral group whose members include representatives from local organizations and professionals.  The purpose of the Mental Health Coalition is to bring awareness to local programs and services that support mental health, identify community needs, and encourage positive mental health as a whole.
