All proceeds from Synergy's annual Ducks for Bucks Fundraiser's go towards our youth programs within the community! These programs offer opportunities for youth and community members to connect, build self-confidence, find a place to belong and discover their passions whilst learning to be exceptional community leaders. We sold a total of 377 ducks in our 2019 Duck Race! Thank you to everyone who participated in our annual Duck Race and helped make these amazing programs possible, Thank You!
Our 2019 Duck Race was completely different than our past Duck Races! All sponsored ducks became a part of our first-ever community obstacle course! Our community volunteers raced through this obstacle course, humorously dressed as ducks. As they struggled through slip'n slides, water and mud they each randomly grabbed a rubber duck and carried it to the finish line! Prizes were awarded to the individuals whose ducks obtained 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and even 5th place! Afterwards we all enjoyed a lovely community BBQ, we can't wait for next year!
